We process, in particular, your contact, order, ticket, delivery or collection details, as well as the payment status and transaction reference, in order to process your order and comply with statutory retention obligations.
The relevant legal bases are, in particular, Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The security of the ticket shop and the prevention of misuse may be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Use of SumUp
SumUp provides the online shop and payment processing services. In connection with the shop and order functions, SumUp processes certain personal data partly on behalf of ADAC Südbayern e.V.
For payment processing, fraud prevention, risk assessments and compliance with its own legal obligations, SumUp acts as an independent data controller. Your complete card or bank account details are generally processed directly by SumUp and are not transferred to ADAC Südbayern e.V.
Where tickets are sent by post or delivered to a DHL Packstation, the data required for delivery will be transferred to DHL.
